Where do you source your tea?
We source our products both locally and internationally. We do our best to find the highest quality products from around the world such as Japan, China, India, Sri Lanka, Africa and Taiwan, just to name a few. 


Are all your products certified organic?
Not all products are certified organic, however we’re very proud to say that most are. Most item descriptions will state whether the product is organic or natural. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about an item you are unsure about.


How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect options are available online at checkout. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email to let you know that the store has received your order and will be ready for collection within approximately 2-4 business hours. 

To avoid disappointment, do not come to store to collect your item UNTIL you receive a confirmation email. If you come in to collect your order before you receive the email, your order most likely won’t be ready. Please have your order confirmation ready with you as we need to ask for details prior to handout.
